At Bon'Knit we aim to ensure that our customers are always happy – and we know that this includes having an easy and stress-free return/exchange policy. To ensure you have the best shopping experience, please read our following policies and don't hesitate to message us if you have any questions!

What is our Return Policy?

Any purchase of full price items may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt (starting from the date the carrier shows that the package was delivered).  After the10-day mark, we are unable to accept returns.

In order for your return to be accepted, please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with original labels and tags attached. We require that all returns must be accompanied by a receipt. On the accompanying receipt please circle the item(s) that are being returned -  All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Because none of us control the postal service, we advise you to add on tracking to your return shipment as we cannot refund you if we have not received your package.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with above-mentioned policy.

 

Returning or exchanging Sale items? 

Any purchase of a discounted item at 30% or higher is considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you purchase a sale item at any lower discount, it may only be returned within 10 days.

 

When can I expect to receive the refund? We pride ourselves on our quick and courteous customer service and work to process refunds without delay. Once your item(s) are received and inspected and your return approved, your refund will take 5-7 business days and will be returned via your original method of payment.

 

How do I make an Exchange? 

Currently, we don't currently offer an option to exchange online. However, if you need a different size or color, we suggest that you return your item(s) back for a refund within the 10-day return window and then place a new order with your desired color or size. This way we can ensure that everything runs nice and smooth for everyone! Plus we can get your desired changes in your hands quicker with this method as you can place a new order right away, and then simply wait for your refund – which will come back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your parcel. *Please Note: All items purchased at over 30% off are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.

 

Can a return be made in the showroom? 

Yes, of course! Again, our regular policies apply in our showroom – non-sale items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days from the date of online purchase. Original tags and packaging must be intact and an original receipt must be brought with. To ensure a smooth transaction, please remember our showroom is only open by appointment only.

 I received an incorrect or damaged item, what do I do? 

While we do inspect all our orders prior to shipment, sometimes damaged or incorrect items can be received – and we want to fix this error just as soon as possible! If you receive the wrong item or item is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can set everything right! We pride ourselves on our fast customer service, so you can expect a response back with 24-48 hours with return/exchange information.
